What is an ADU?
Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver is partnering with the West Denver Renaissance Collaborative (WDRC) on their Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Program. The ADUs provides qualified homeowners development, design, financial, and construction resources to develop an ADU. In this partnership, Habitat is the architect and builder. Habitat’s ADU designs and construction process aim to make them more affordable to purchase through prefabricated elements and pre-approved
