Home Repair Program Application

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver provides home repairs in the Globeville, Elyria-Swansea (GES) neighborhoods seasonally.  

We accept applications on a rolling basis, and repairs are completed between May and September.

List of Financial Documents

While applying to the Home Repair program, applicants will collect a list of financial documents to submit to Habitat.  Applicants must make copies of all items ahead of time.  Habitat will not take original documents or make copies at the office.

Home Visit

If applicants pass the Financial Review, a construction supervisor will visit the home and complete a home assessment to determine if the requested repairs qualify for the program.

Partner Family Selection

Staff of Habitat for Humanity Metro Denver will decide which applicants have the most Need for Housing Repair, who is the most Willing to Partner, and who is the most Able to Pay.  Not every family gets selected.  We are currently able to work on about 25-30 homes each year.
