Home Repair Program

In an effort to help our community remain safe and healthy, our main office, construction sites and ReStores are closed to the public for the time being. We will reopen as soon as it’s safe to do so.

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver builds and preserves affordable housing. While our organization is best known for building new homes, we also partner with existing homeowners on essential home repair projects so they can continue living in safe, decent and affordable homes for many years to come.

Habitat Metro Denver is currently offering two different home repair programs. One program focuses on exterior home repairs in Denver's Westwood, Globeville and Elyria Swansea neighborhoods. These home repair projects often include a new roof, new siding and paint, porch repairs and energy efficiency projects such as new doors and windows.

Habitat Metro Denver also offers an aging in place program where we partner with homeowners aged 65+ on interior home modifications, like safety bars, improved lighting and floor repairs.
