Pro Talks with HYP - RiNo Development: From Industry to World Trade
June 24, 2019
Pro Talks with HYP is a professional speaker series that provides an opportunity for participants to hear from a prominent leader in Denver, learn about different industries that affect our community, and network with fellow young professionals.
Join us Monday, June 24, from 5:30 - 7pm for Pro Talks with HYP: RiNo Development - From Industry to World Trade, featuring Sean Campbell, Founder & CEO of FORMATIV.
The event will be held at LOT Twenty Eight, an adaptive reuse development under construction in on the north side of Blake and 28th Street in RiNo. LOT Twenty Eight will act as a gathering place for the neighborhood’s cultural and food and drink scenes to bring together locals, visitors, and creatives alike.
Our group will tour the LOT Twenty Eight project and Sean will talk about his experience as a developer in the RiNo neighborhood; give insight into what it means to build community through catalytic real estate projects; and provide an overview of the new World Trade Center development.
There will be plenty of time for discussion and questions! Light refreshments and drinks will be served.
Attendance is free for HYP members, $10 for guests. Become a HYP member.
As this is an after hours event, hard hats are not required to tour the building, but all attendees will need to sign a waiver when they arrive.
