Meet Future Homeowners Jesus and Estibali

Jesus and Estibali are hardworking parents of two young children. Estibali works as a Teacher’s Aide and Jesus is a full-time Contractor. Despite holding down two jobs, the couple has struggled to find housing they can afford in Denver, and currently live in an overcrowded home with extended family. They both are eager to become homeowners to ensure a stable foundation for their family’s future.

By partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver, Jesus and Estibali will be able to build and purchase a home of their own. “Our kids will have their own space and I’m so excited to cook in my own kitchen for my entire family,” shares Estibali. Their new home will be a 4-bedroom house in the Swansea Homes community.

“This home is so important to us.” Jesus continues, “We will be able to take care of our own home, have more financial stability, be able to have more family time, and give our kids the individualized attention they need.”

Thank you to all the sponsors, volunteers, and donors who support Habitat Denver’s Homeownership Program.
