Individual Volunteer Opportunities
Whether you volunteer for one day or many, you will be helping Habitat serve low-income families who are either in need of an affordable home, or who own their homes but are unable to afford critical repairs. Volunteers of all skill levels and interests are welcome to join us.
Habitat is a volunteer-driven organization serving families and communities in the Metro Denver area. Working alongside our dedicated construction team, regular volunteers, and partner families, you will help us build and repair homes while having a great time learning construction skills.
Please review our list of Frequently Asked Questions which address subjects such as age requirements, what to expect on your volunteer day, and court-ordered service opportunities available at the ReStores.
Regular Volunteer Program
Regular Volunteers are individuals who have gained the experience and skills necessary to help Habitat’s construction staff lead and teach other volunteers. They have the opportunity to further enhance their construction knowledge, meet new people, and develop leadership skills. They are an invaluable resource on site.
To become a Regular Volunteer, you must commit to volunteer at least 24 days each year. For additional information and to apply to become a Regular Volunteer, please email Trisha Koizumi, Volunteer Program Manager, email@example.com
Court Ordered Community Service
Court-ordered community service hours cannot be completed on Habitat Metro Denver's construction sites. If you are interested in volunteering at one of our five Metro Denver ReStores to fulfill court-ordered community service hours, please click here for more information.
