Company Team Building

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver’s Company Team Building program is an employee engagement opportunity with nearly 40 years of experience building stronger teams, while providing employees with a unique way to give back to their community. Companies of all sizes can engage their employees and encourage stronger relationships, while learning new skills.

Habitat Metro Denver makes a tangible difference in our community, while also extending valuable benefits to businesses and organizations: employee volunteer opportunities, alignment with Habitat for Humanity’s highly-prized brand, and strategic marketing exposure throughout the Metro Denver community. 

Habitat provides all the tools, building materials, and training for your Team Build; no construction experience is needed. Teams contribute a tax-deductible donation in conjunction with their build day. 

How do I set up a Company Team Building Day?

1.    Complete and Submit the Team Building Inquiry Form (below)
2.    Habitat staff will reach out to find a date that aligns with your schedule
3.    Habitat will provide your team with an online volunteer registration system
4.    Habitat will send you an invoice for your donation

Please note volunteer groups are asked to work a full day. Habitat Metro Denver is unable to schedule half day volunteer shifts.

Why is there a donation?

Teams contribute a tax-deductible donation (based on the size of your group reservation) to cover the cost of materials and supervision for your builds. This support also allows us to continue to provide affordable housing opportunities for families with limited incomes and establish safe neighborhoods. With such high housing and land costs in the Metro Denver area, Company Team Building donations are crucial in helping us to serve more families.
