Aria Homes by Habitat

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver is excited to begin construction on 28 new homes in Aria Denver, a multigenerational, mixed-income community that supports simple, healthy living. Located eight minutes from downtown and one block from Regis University, these 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom homes are part of a 17.5-acre development featuring organic gardens, a playground and open spaces.

This collaborative neighborhood includes a unique mix of housing and community resources to foster connectedness, healthy living and diversity. Each Habitat home will feature professionally landscaped common spaces outside each back door. Plus, the neighborhood's active homeowners' association organizes movie nights and food trucks for all residents in the community.

Project Highlights

  • Located in Aria Denver, just north of Denver's Highlands neighborhood
  • 2-story townhomes and duplexes designed with bonus living space on the second floor
  • Nearby schools include Beach Court Elementary, Skinner Middle School, North High School, and Regis University

These homes will be part of a community land trust.

What is a community land trust?
A Community Land Trust (CLT) is a nonprofit that holds the ownership of land through a 99-year land lease on behalf of a series of homes, while serving as the long-term steward for affordable housing. CLTs make housing more affordable to own:

  • Homeowners only purchase the house (improvements).
  • Property taxes are based on the house (improvements).
  • Homeowners gain appreciation.

Available Homes

As homes become available for purchase, we will list them here and on our Homes for Sale webpage. Habitat estimates that construction on the first available homes will be complete in the fall 2021 to winter 2022 time frame.
