Habitat Homes - High Quality and Energy Efficient

Habitat is dedicated to building decent and affordable homes. Our homes defy old stereotypes of affordable housing. We are experts at building quality, durable and energy efficient homes.  We welcome new innovations and continually look for ways to improve our construction design and techniques. Habitat homes exceed most building standards and consistently receive five-star energy efficiency ratings from E-Star Colorado.

Volunteer architects help to design each home to be aesthetically pleasing. The homes are built in a variety of styles and home types, allowing them to blend into the neighborhoods in which we build. We build one or two-story single-family homes and duplexes. We have also built two town home developments. Our homes range from two to five bedrooms. Most of our homes are between 1,100 sq. ft. to 1,300 sq. ft. Typically we build new construction, but also do renovations if the opportunity is affordable.
